He began his career with Himalayan Agro, Delhi, where he served as an Area Manager for Himachal Pradesh from 2016 to 2018. He later worked as the State Head (Himachal Pradesh) at Pinnacle Agri-tech, where he led operations and contributed significantly to the growth and development of modern farming practices in the region. With strong practical knowledge and leadership skills, Prakash Chetan is committed to enhancing agricultural productivity and supporting farmers through innovative and sustainable solutions.

He began his career with Bayer Crop Science, where he worked for 14 months, gaining practical knowledge in modern farming practices, crop protection, and responsible use of agricultural inputs. He has served 6 years in the Agriculture Department and 6 years in the Horticulture Department, working closely with farmers on crop production, horticultural development, field demonstrations, and implementation of government schemes. His work has focused on improving crop productivity, quality, and sustainability at the grassroots level. In addition, he has 2 years of experience in agricultural consultancy, providing practical and reliable advice on crop planning, pest and disease management, soil health, and cost-effective farming practices. Mahesh Kumar has a strong bond with farmers and is widely respected as a trusted guide for the farming community.
